Journey to Freedom is a voluntary 27-week program designed to challenge negative thought processes that permit any type of violence towards intimate partners. Participants will challenge themselves and others to break free of old patterns and habits and to exercise control over their thinking in a way that shows honor, respect, and trust to their partner, family, and society.

A voluntary 20-week program designed to challenge the violence and actions that women have experienced throughout their life cycle. Participants will be encouraged to challenge negative thought processes and work toward breaking free from the acitve/resistive violence that is associated with old patterns and habits while in a safe environment.
